Can I order samples? 

Absolutely - we are happy to ship samples free of charge!

How do I create my label? 

Choose your label from one of our five templates or we can have our team of graphic designers create a custom label for you.

Where are the products made? 

All our products are proudly made in the United States.

Do you test on animals? 

We are cruelty free. We do not test on animals.

Are your products all natural? 

We use natural ingredients, however not all are 100% natural.

Are your products organic? 

Our products contain certain organic ingredients, however, are not certified organic.

What is the expiration date for my product? 

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of purchase.

When will I receive my order?

Expect to receive your order within 7 to 10 days from the time your label designs are approved.

What shipping services do you use? 

Orders are shipped through UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

What payment terms do you accept? 

Online orders are paid by credit card at checkout. In addition, you are able to call in orders at 1-844-696-4979. We accept credit card payments over the phone.
